I'm just a regular gal who took a love for yoga and turned it into a full blown job with a ton of passion. People tell me all the time, I feel good after yoga or I need to come to yoga to relax. That's great, there are lots of benefits to doing yoga. So don't be afraid, everyone starts somewhere. Yoga is meant to meet you where you are today and move with you throughout your entire life. It really is that simple.
You don't need any special skills to start practicing yoga. Just need a little motivation to get up off the couch and get moving. There is no judgment about what you can or can't do. Believe me, no one begins looking like a gymnast.
We practice an accessible-by-all style with modifications for any type of previous injury or limitation. No need to be a pretzel to join the fun, just a desire to improve your balance, strength, flexibility and get some much needed relaxation. Most classes are hatha or vinyasa flowing in nature with a new focus each week. Please feel free to contact me if you have other concerns or questions you would like to discuss. - Four levels of Thai Yoga Massage from Devanadi Yoga with Tanya Sowards

- AHA trained CPR/First Aid instructor
- Zumba instructor training
